Add Reverb or Delay choice for the Poly mode #35

Maybe with the 0 value.

AMT Reverb set to zero -> Delay available AMT Delay set to zero -> Reverb Available.

Delay priority.

The Delay in poly mode generate always a problem if you have some long notes...after a certain time we can hear some glitch
