[DOCUMENTATION] - Fix publish workflow for generating wiki not getting the version properly #152

Error returned was: File [../wiki/Available-Rules-().md] is not writable

But the file path should be ../wiki/Available-Rules-(1.19.3).md or ../wiki/Available-Rules-(1.19.4).md etc.

Also fix the deprecation warnings in the build
