Proposed rule name

disableObsidianTowerRegen

Describe rule

Disables the regeneration of the obsidian towers in the main end island when the ender dragon is respawned.

Options for rule

true and false (default)

Notes

Keep the respawning mechanism, just prevent the entire tower regen (maybe prevent the end crystals?)
