This PR introduces the following changes:

Use fabric loom 1.5-SNAPSHOT
Update gradle to 8.6
Updates the mod for Minecraft 1.20.3 & 1.20.4 (they've more or less the exact same, plus carpet needs Minecraft 1.20.3 target to work during dev mode)

Thankfully no code changes required during the update.
