Test the mod works with other carpet extensions in the carpet eco-system

Following #57, we should support the major carpet eco-system mods.

The list of main extensions are listed in the carpet mod wiki.

This will be relevant for each support we make, so the mod needs to work with the supported versions provided for each extension:

Few issues so far. Main issues which are solvable:

• Update gradle.properties to use carpet 1.4.96 or later, but keep the fabric mod json file saying 1.4.91>= as that is earliest version of carpet for 1.19.3
• Use fabric API locally. It isn't needed for the mod to work by itself, but some of the mentioned mods above need it

Struggling to get it to work locally now for some reason...I've changed the fabric.mod.json file anyway as supporting latest carpet for 1.19.3 should be enforced in my opinion.

My local build won't redownload the dependent carpet version! So I've forced it to use it with the build itself. Now getting a some mixin issues. This is with all the mods running. Going to do it one at a time instead.
