rtx3090 can not work well? #6

Hi, Thanks for you project first, I follow you youtube steps, download lastest realease 'ethminer_rtx30series', than unzip this file found there is no ethminer commond under the build directory, if this need build, please tell me how i to do? thanks again,besh wishes!
