Use Dolby Atmos? #2

I saw this guide and I haven't tried the paid app yet but the first part did work with no hitch. I was wondering if it was possible to use Atmos? I have a Sonos Arc and I'd love to do that if possible.

Is your Sonos Arc connected via optical audio or HDMI ARC?

I have it connected via HDMI optical adapter, I managed to pick up 5.1 audio without the 2nd program. Tried Ghostwire Tokyo, which is multichannel supported. But I normally use the Arc via HDMI ARC.
