Proving Grounds instead of Science Lab. #1

Rather than using the Science Lab to open the boxes, it should be moved over to the Proving Grounds. Proving Grounds makes more sense game design wise. Proving Grounds provides the random loot factor like Grenades/Ammo.

Wow, it's been like 4 months. I was never informed of this issue for some reason.

This has been on the list of things I've been meaning to do for a while. Once all the highlander stuff is finally taken care of (which has literally been years in the attempt, so far) I'll get to looking at this.
