heavy weapon that shoots slow ballistic projectiles through(above) all blocks to the managed position, may be countered by flak\laser in 1-2 shots needs an operator

tell me if you approve this idea so ill help with creating

Giving my feedback too late, so that's my bad. I won't be merging the mortar unfortunately
