A block will be at full health but will still drain your coins if you attempt to repair it. I am thinking this is a plausible engine bug, as it appears that the health is not setting to full in certain scenarios despite our attempts with server_setHealth. for example, a blob's health could be 7.9999 and we try to set it to 8- but the engine will not set it to 8 but rather keep it at 7.9999. amazing. i love kag.
