all blocks will damage on collision with other blocks #191

similiar to classic shiprekt+, blocks would destroy on impact with other blocks. the new version of this would make it so the damage taken would be dependent on the speed of the ships. there can also be a threshold so ships that slightly bump together wouldn't do any damage.
