Spectators are not sharks anymore. Players can turn in to sharks on mothership. Player sharks are different now: 1) cant eat team mates. 2) cant go on land and 2 times faster than npc sharks. 3) can turn back to humans by going under mothership.

Also added visual respawn timer and progress bar for shark turning. Respawn time from going to team from spectator is one minute now.
