When fired the player sat in the launcher the player's camera follows the torpedo. The torpedo is controlled by only a and d keys for steering. The engine is always working. The camera is in mid level zoom-out and fixed. The compass is not viewable whilst in the topedos camera.
The explosion is similar to that of a bomb. The torpedo will eventually run out of fuel if fails to hit a target in time. When it runs out it slows down, stops and then sinks into the sea.
