Submersible Mines

These blocks are placed in water and their default state is visible.

The mines can be submerged by player using a seat they own, holding spacebar and clicking buttons over the individual mines.

Submersion is powerful as it means only the team of the mine layer can see them. They'll be seen as faded blue version of the surface sprite, to represent being underwater.

Due to the power of this dynamic, mines don't blow-up on contact with enemy vessels; instead the owner is required to actuate them. The process is identical to submerging. However clicking individual mines in this fashion would oftentimes be too sluggish as a ship passes by - hence if a single mine is activated, all mines in the local area (owned by same player) will be blown.

Not widthstanding the manual detonation mechanic, the mines would still remain unreasonably oppressive in-game. For this reason mines stay underwater for a duration of 20 seconds. After such time they re-emerge and are visibile for all. The re-emergence process will take a couple of seconds but once emerged they ready to start the submerging process right away.
