Hi ! Indeed, on Windows, I'm pretty satisfied by how it turned out. (On Mac, it doesn't work at all, mainly for security reasons probably, but that's another matter...)
Regarding cursor capture, try closing Ginj and adding video.capture.mouse.cursor=true
to the settings.properties
file ;-) . No UI yet...
Regarding scaling, yes, that's something I will definitely investigate but I only came back home yesterday and I'll be back at work tomorrow, so it will take some time... Don't hesistate to do some follow up in issue #15 though.
And finally regarding audio, well, the reason is in the release details :-)
Thanks very much for the test and the report. It's reassuring that other platforms behave like mine ;-)

Option for mouse cursor added in 0.4.1
Hi @vicnevicne
The Windows Ginj v.0.4.0 with Video capture seems to work very good ..
The installer automatically installs FFMPEG 4.3, also at updating fra earlier version.. Nice.
First, at try with 100% scaled monitors, work very well, the video captures fine, only missing is the cursor is not captured (maybe cursor capture it should be an option) https://www.dropbox.com/s/9nr3qx3vwrxjf2f/2020-08-09_14-33-55_Scaled_100%25.mp4?dl=0
Second try at my normally 125% scaled monitor, the captured area is outside the marked area, and it only captures only 2/3 of the marked area (same problem as when capturing images) https://www.dropbox.com/s/5n635eckb45xs6q/2020-08-09_14-29-21_Scaled_125%25.mp4?dl=0
Third try... Audio test. There is no audio, systemaudio nor mic-audio the the Video files. https://www.dropbox.com/s/asjxznczw1qj940/2020-08-09_14-49-30_Audiotest.mp4?dl=0
I normally don't use video-capture very much, but this is a very good start..... Again very good work @vicnevicne ππ
THANKS π
