Saving doesn't save using Save as Window #45

Taking a snaphost, choose Save and then typing a new name doesn't work:

If you type a new name in this Save As ... window it doesn't get saved with that new name. Instead it uses the name it was originally:

Changing the name in the first screenshot window does seem to work. In previous version it was possible to use the Save As...window to type a new name.

Uhmm, just downloaded new version of ginj and save as is not working. It pops us a windows saying Determining Target File

Ginj v 0.4.7

:)

Hmm, that's weird. At that stage, Ginj should pop up a file selector in the foreground to prompt for a path and filename.... Maybe something prevents that file selector from opening ?

Would you mind sharing your config and log files ? To do so, after the issue has happened, please close Ginj (right-click on tray icon + Exit + confirm) and make a copy of the "settings.properties", "targetPrefs.xml" and "Ginj*.log" files, if any (they should be in %userprofile%.Ginj ) Then make sure you remove all sensitive information from these copies (they are all text files, please clear all email/id/name/tokens) and attach them here or send them to my e-mail address (I have the same username on github and gmail). Thanks very much.

Ginj from gordon.zip

Thanks Gordon ! The logs don't show any error, but I'll try to reproduce the issue with your settings files. KR, Vincent

OK, the issue was in migrating the old settings. Version 0.4.8 is fixed (alternately, editing and saving target settings solved the issue - that's why I didn't have the issue)

Cool
