Like Alt-PrintScr behaves on normal screenshot tools. Also the interactive window capture mode of Greenshot application would be handy.

Yeah, "Implement windows detection" is in the TODO list, but really not easy from Java unfortunately... (and I admit I'm not familiar with Greenshot)
