Compute_CCI error #1

when I run Compute_CCI function, it error as following:

Identify differentially expressed target genes Error in file(filename, "r", encoding = encoding) : 无法打开链结此外: There were 13 warnings (use warnings() to see them)

how to solve this issue?

Same issue when run Compute_CCI() Analyzing intracellular communications... **** Compute TF activity

Identify differentially expressed target genes Error in file(filename, "r", encoding = encoding) : cannot open the connection In addition: Warning message: In file(filename, "r", encoding = encoding) : cannot open file 'Pvalue_target_genes_all_cluster.R': No such file or directory

Thanks, we have improved this part. You can reinstall the DcjComm package (devtools::install_github("Ginnay/DcjComm")) and re-run this part of your code. Or, you can download the provided code locally and source it ("Pvalue_target_genets_all_cluster. R") to continue running.
