LEDA traitbase is down and this breaks tr8(); use a test to check if url exists before trying to download the data

Leda Traitbase is manually downloadable through try-db.

Yes, but TRY requires a registration from the user. The aim of the package was to help users dealing with freely accessible traitbases.
