[Documentation] Update alsa usage examples #204

Currently displayed alsa usage examples use deprecated OUTPUT_MODE set to alsa or not set, which is currently the same thing. Those examples, even if they are still valid, need to be updated to use ALSA_OUTPUT_CREATE set to yes
