[Feature] Write asound.conf only if missing or writable #80

This change will support the ability of user to mount their own asound.conf, provided that it is mounted in read-only mode.

Support a new volume /userconfig where user can place its own asound.conf file. In that case the user will probably need to use the FORCE_PLAYBACK_DEVICE variable
