[Enhancement] Support `prependnumberinitemlist` for tidal plugin #351
New variable TIDAL_PREPEND_NUMBER_IN_ITEM_LIST sets optional prependnumberinitemlist, mostly for kodi compatibility.
If enabled, an item number in square brackets will lead every item number, avoiding kodi messing things up with its forced sorting.
