Adds Captain Falcon, Pac-Man, Fox, and Sonic NFC files. Tested on Mario Kart Deluxe - Working.

It looks like Captain Falcon, Pac-Man, Fox, and Sonic are already present in the Super_Smash_Bros folder (as that is the series they were released under). From what I can tell these files seem to be identical to the existing ones
