download zip
Extract it in F:\homestuck\Asset Pack V2\mods
Start The-Unofficial-Homestuck-Collection-2.0.7-win-x64
The-Unofficial-Homestuck-Collection-2.2.1-win-x64

Expected behavior A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

It's possible this is a bug with the mod; consider posting this issue to their Github repository as well.
