I don't have this problem... can you open up the inspect element console and see if there's any red in the output? (shift + ctrl + i)
Guessing this isn't a good sign...
The rest of the console is just "DevTools failed to load SourceMap: Could not load content for app://./homestuck/... BLANK.
(Btw right now, I'm just listening to the "Let's Read Homestuck" section of that intermission, and uh, yeah, I don't think I'm missing much. Thank god for the YT extension "Enhancer for Youtube," as it's allowing me to speed faster than 2X. Still, though, it doesn't do the full webcomic yet, so if this issue is in a future page past Act 6 and Act 5, then it should probably be fixed.)
UPDATE: Seems that it also effects "[S][A6I3] ==>" (Page 5308) I've heard that these pages rely on javascript so maybe that's the issue?

This looks like files are missing from the asset pack. Possible an antivirus removed the js files?
Maybe. I don't have any anti-virus programs besides Windows Defender, but tomorrow, I'll try replacing the asset pack with a fresh/new one I downloaded.
Don't know if it was the new update or the fresh download of the Asset Pack, but Openbound is working!
Buuuut I already experienced Andrew Hussie's soapbox via the let's read Homestuck dub but glad the issue's resolved!
Describe the bug I have reached "[S] ACT 6 INTERMISSION 3", but it's just blank where the flash should be. Everything else appears to be fine (links to songs, the map, walk-through,) but the flash is missing. Isn't fixed after a factory reset.
To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: I just was going through the acts until I reached "[S] ACT 6 INTERMISSION 3" (Page 5263). I don't know what causes it. 1: Open search. 2: Search "ACT 6 INTERMISSION 3" 3: Open "[S] ACT 6 INTERMISSION 3"
Expected behavior I expect there to be a flash here instead of a blank page.
