What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Hit "Login" button on home page of www.senecacigs.com
2. Hit "Create new account from same home page.
3.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect home page with login username shown. Get Error 12263 instead
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I'm a customer of SenecaCigs, not it's sysop. Running Firefox 2.0.0.20
under W98SE - similar results with latest Firefox under W2000.
Please provide any additional information below.

a fix.
