I can work on updating the documentation. Anybody want to take on actually releasing artifacts, tagging, etc. over the weekend?
I see new big changes coming, like id-based row keys (still reviewing it). We want to keep something stable somebody can run in the meantime.
I can do the rest of the release (tagging, artifacts, Jenkins, etc) pending your documentation updates.

I propose to make a release at this point. There's been quite a few changes since last release. Also current code base was tested pretty extensively by @herrlich running benchmarks on a small node cluster. Now with web UI working we should snapshot the milestone.
