Would be nice if to have an option to hide the "New Forge version available:" message on the right hand side: 2014-10-25_01 01 12

Not sure if that's possible but I'll have a look at it and see what I can do ;)

Wouldn't just disabling the forge version check get rid of that?

Just tried with the version check disabled, but it doesn't remove the message from the main menu.

Version Check is fixed in Minecraft Forge for both Minecraft 1.7.10 and 1.8 now.
