I Can not use #140

I tried to run it on Windows and got this error:

Describe the bug comics-downloader.exe is not compatible with the version of Windows you are running. Check your computer's system information and contact the software vendor.

I tried using the Linux version on Ubuntu 20, they all gave the same error: command not found.

Using the version available here, I was able to use it on Windows. But not yet on Linux.
