Download by range not working for https://www.mangatown.com/

When I try to download by range on mangatown, comics-downloader seems to hang on making the first request.

Is there a debug mode I can pass in for more logs?

There isn't a debug mode yet, anyway be sure to specify the -all flag while using -range
