Re-enable Mangadex #84

In recent versions, application has been hard-coded to refuse Mangadex URLs. As I understands this has to do with a bug to be solved before support for that website can be re-enabled.

Since there was no issue for tracking progress on that, now you have one here.

@Girbons Is there any ETA or TODO on re-enabling MangaDex support at all?

@mardab Sadly, there's no ETA as of now, I'm in between other things and I really don't have time to work on this (it isn't just a bool change I think, as mangadex was working on a new API if I remember correctly). You're free to submit a PR if you want to 😄
