upload cake picture

As a User I want to be able to upload picture of a cake

Acceptance criteria

• [x] on edit cake page I want to be able to upload picture of cake
• [x] picture of cake should be resized in two formats: thumbnail and original
• [x] I want picture of cake be stored on my Dropbox
