Retain <switch>'s transform attribute #1006

Currently, per line 74 of editor/sanitize.js, svg-edit strips <switch 
transform="">...</switch> back to <switch>...</switch>.

This should be changed: it's a valid attribute and a useful one, allowing a 
whole switch group to be moved, for example. It's also relatively common, being 
used by Inkscape.
