feColorMatrix being stripped from opened files. #1079

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Open any SVG with an feColorMatrix filter

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The image should display, including the filter.

Instead, the editor deletes the unrecognized filter primitive and the object 
that is filtered does not display at all (presumably because it is still set to 
a filter with no primitives)

In what browser did you experience this problem? (ALL, Firefox, Opera, etc)
Chrome, Firefox

In what version of SVG-edit does the problem occur? (Latest trunk, 2.5.1,
etc)

I have attached a sample SVG with this filter primitive.
