Mouse wheel zoom broken on 2.6 #1097

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Load application
2. Draw any form
3. Use shift + mouse wheel in order to zoom in and out, as it used to work in 
2.5.1

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Should zoom in and out. Nothing happens instead.

In what browser did you experience this problem? (ALL, Firefox, Opera, etc)

ALL

In what version of SVG-edit does the problem occur? (Latest trunk, 2.5.1,
etc)

In latest trunk, zooms in and out with mouse wheel only (no shift pressed) 
instead of scrolling up and down.

Please provide any additional information below.

No output in firebug's console.
