I cannot select other elements when in rect drawing mode in IE 10. #1128

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. create some elements
2. switch to rect/square drawing tool
3.attempt to select an element

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I would like it to select the element like the other tools do

In what browser did you experience this problem? (ALL, Firefox, Opera, etc)
IE 10 (assuming IE 9 as well)

In what version of SVG-edit does the problem occur? (Latest trunk, 2.5.1,
etc)
