embed API / iFrame & document properties #1154

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. open http://svg-edit.googlecode.com/svn/branches/2.6/editor/embedapi.html
2. try to change the document dimensions
3. cannot to it with the UI

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Hiding the main menu seems smart for the embedded use but do you really need to 
hide the "document properties" button? Wouldn't it be better to place it on the 
toolbar so you can access it anytime? I use the editor in this embed mode which 
I am VERY VERY thankful for but I would like to enable my users to change 
document properties.

In what browser did you experience this problem? (ALL, Firefox, Opera, etc)

In what version of SVG-edit does the problem occur? (Latest trunk, 2.5.1,
etc)
2.6 trunk
