Not working with latest jQuery v1.10.2 #1250

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.When we are replacing the Jquery v1.7 to  jQuery v1.10.2, The editor is not 
working at all.
2. My current project is having latest  jQuery v1.10.2 version.But for editor 
it is using the older one. Please help me to resolve the isse.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I was not able to see anything.

In what browser did you experience this problem? (ALL, Firefox, Opera, etc)
Chrome,IE and others also

In what version of SVG-edit does the problem occur? (Latest trunk, 2.7.1,
etc)

all the versions

Please provide any additional information below.

Same issue with jQuery v1.11

We use svg-edit integrated in Chamilo LMS (GPL) and would like to avoid loading 
2 different libraries when using svg-edit :-) (no hurry).
