Label image library def elements with image title #675

If we can ever get the <symbol> positioning issues sorted, it would be nice to 
use a modified version on the image title as the symbol id so that Illustrator 
could read this into the label in its symbol palette.

ie: id="Branta_bernicla__x28_Atlantic_Brant_Goose_x29_" which shows up in the 
palette as: Branta bernicla (Atlantic_Brant_Goose). If there isn't a title, 
then svg-edit could fallback to a numbered id.
