Steps to reproduce: Full screen the app and run the help command and close the window of the help command

Expected: When users full screen the app and run the help command, the help command will open in a new window. After closing the help command window, users should be brought back to the application.

Actual: When users full screen the app and run the help command, the help command will open in a new window. After closing the help command window, users will not be brought back to the application and have to navigate back to the application themselves.
