use the term TLS instead of SSL
add numbering for all exercises

update screen shot for creating connection from QGIS

I think descriptive titles for exercises sounds like a good and coherent idea!

@JuhoErvasti @jeeemil Actually, I created more inconsistency when adding some titles to exercises in this PR. :)

I'd say that it may work best if I added titles to all exercises in 7 and 8, and remove the one in exercise 5. Then each exercise has titles in either each exercise or none of those.

I'll edit this PR.
