OGR error executing plug #2

when you run the plug, a red warning message appears, which you cannot connect to a web address

"WARNING Cannot open https://raw.githubusercontent.com/nvkelso/natural-earth-vector/master/geojson/ne_110m_admin_0_countries.geojson.(SSL certificate problem: unable to get local issuer certificate)"

Thank you for reporting the issue. This seems to occur only with QGIS 3.10. The exception is actually caught in the code and local layer is used instead, but the warning banner is shown anyway. I will make a fix for this.
