- Redesign buttons to add new fields
- Add expand/minimize button
- Don't nest QHorizontalLayouts inside the QFormLayout of PlanRegulationWidget anymore, as it caused issues with expand/minimize feature at least. Units are now suffixes of QgsSpinBoxes and "Käyttötarkoituskohdistus" additional information creates extra row in the QFormLayout
