Add Li-Pegmatites mineral system #137

To resolve this issue, input is needed from WP2 in EIS project.

Currently, the mineral system shows in Mineral system proxies window as a selectable mineral system, but when the user selects it a warning message is shown that tells the user this is not yet implemented.
