Fix process env #157

QGIS sets some PYTHON environment variables that might disturb the external python the process is using. Use environment where all these are removed.

This should resolve the problem on Windows where toolkit processes couldn't be started.

Reportedly Windows users have been able to run tools with this update, thanks! Merging
