36 include seaborn in the plugin #89

Seaborn is included in the plugin under libs. Users won't need to install Seaborn separately to their QGIS Python anymore. I uninstalled Seaborn from my QGIS Python and I can produce the plots without problem, but it would be good if someone could do the same and verify.
