Display all fields in Kepler tooltip, not just first five #21

This requires fixing https://github.com/keplergl/kepler.gl/issues/1477 or defining custom tooltip.

This is fixed in upcoming Kepler master (https://github.com/keplergl/kepler.gl/pull/1627), no release done yet.

Currently we are limited to Kepler.gl < 0.3.1 (https://github.com/GispoCoding/ipygis/blob/main/setup.py#L22) due to the bug https://github.com/keplergl/kepler.gl/issues/1601 , so we cannot update unless both bugs are fixed.
