Issue

Currently building and distributing a PDF version of a course happens manually.

Potential fix

This could potentially be automated with a GitHub action that:

Builds the PDF version of a course when changes are made to that course
Publishes the PDF so that it can be downloaded
- For example with a GitHub release tagged so that the PDF can reliably be linked to

As a result, we can include a link pointing to the PDF. For example on the front page of each course.
