Qaava panel and promotion fix #53

This PR:

Add Qaava panel for easier usage
Fix promotion and ask confirmation since projects would get erased
Improve QGIS project connection string replacement
Run Query panel code only when Query panel is active
Show warning message if no database is initialized or registered

This PR fixes #36, fixes #52 and fixes #35.
