[ ] requirements.txt
[ ] qgis_plugin_tools
[ ] issue templates
[ ] workflows
[ ] pre-commit from qgis_plugin_tools/infrastructure/template/root (also configuration files)
[ ] Use different log directory and teardown logger (see qgis_plugin_tools custom_logger.py commit messages)
[ ] development.md
